Soft Front Panel Operation
On the Offset panel as shown in
desired offset value and select the unit from the drop down
list.

Remote Interface Operation
VOLTage:OFFSet <offset>
Or, you can set the offset by specifying a high level and low
level using the following commands.
VOLTage:HIGH <voltage>
VOLTage:LOW <voltage>
You can also use the APPLy command to select the function,
frequency, amplitude, and offset.
