CONTROLS
The electronic control system of the 3600 Series Mixers is equipped with sophisticated system monitoring
components that will allow the system to alert the operator of potential problems or failures of components of the
hydrostatic drive and control system. The following pages will step through error and warning messages and
corrective actions for those issues. Within the display, a log of error messages is kept to allow the operator to
return to these messages to know what to do to fix the problem. These messages can be found in the Recall
Stored Faults tab found on the Home Screen.

31 Warning! Front Charge Pressure Filter Bypass
Condition Exists. Change Charge Pump Filters.
31 Warning! Rear Charge Pressure Filter Bypass
Condition Exists. Change Charge Pump Filters.
0 Warning: Oil Temperature is over 160F. High Speed
Operation has been disabled until oil temperature is
below 160F.
1 Warning: Operating in Warm Up Mode. Oil Temp is
Below 32F. Auger Speed will be limited.
14 Warning: Oil Temperature is Over 160F. High Speed
Mode will be disabled after cycle is complete. High
Speed will be available when oil is below 160F.
31 Warning: No Oil Temperature Detected. Check wires
and oil temp sensor. Verify oil temperature is
adequate for operation.
11 Warning: No Speed Detected from Front Auger. Front
Auger will now be controlled by Rear Auger Sensor.
11 Warning: No Speed Detected from Rear Auger. Rear
Auger will now be controlled by Front Auger Sensor.
14 Warning: No Speed Detected from Front or Rear
Auger. High Speed Operation is Disabled.
31 Warning: No Speed Detected from Front or Rear
Auger. High Speed Operation will be disabled after
this operation.
1 Warning: Low Charge Pressure on Front Charge
Pump. Check Pump and Sensor for Damage. If pump
pressure is OK, Press OK to Resume Operation. If not,
see Manual.
3 Warning: Charge Pump 1 Pressure Sensor has High
Voltage Output. Check Sensors and Wiring.
4 Warning: Charge Pump 1 Pressure Sensor has Low
Voltage Output. Check Sensors and Wiring.
1 Warning: Low Pressure on Rear Charge Pump. Check
Pump and Sensor for Damage. If pump pressure is
OK, Press OK to Resume Operation. If not, see
Manual.
3 Warning: Charge Pump 2 Pressure Sensor has High
Voltage Output. Check Sensors and Wiring.
4 Warning: Charge Pump 2 Pressure Sensor has Low
Voltage Output. Check Sensors and Wiring.
