Note! The pipelines subject to this Warranty may be serviced, provided that they have been installed, commissio-
ned and serviced by the Seller's personnel.
Внимание! Гарантия на трубопровод устанавливается только при условии, что монтаж, пусконаладочные работы,
гарантийное обслуживание проводится специалистами Продавца оборудования.
3. Limited Warranty
3.1 This Warranty is limited by direct replacement or repair of the System parts and components recognized by the Seller's experts
to be defective.
3.2 This Warranty shall not be considered to be the ground for exchange of a unit, parts and components for equivalent ones or for
other models.
3.3 Should the System be changed by third persons, this Warranty will cover the power unit, vacuum components and accessories
only listed in paragraphs (a, b) of Section 2.2 hereof.
3.4 This Warranty shall not cover the System in the events as follows:
- normal wear of base parts (e.g. filters, belts, bushes, rollers and their components);
- damages in the System caused by abrupt voltage drops and force majeure;
- repair or modifications by the User other than a service technician approved by the Seller using unoriginal parts
and components;
- failure to comply with the operating instructions;
- removal from the original place at which the System is installed by the Seller;
Besides, this Warranty shall not cover any defects occurred as a result of commercial use, failure to follow maintenance require-
ments, incorrect installation, negligence, natural disaster, accidence, and force majeure.
Should power units be controlled by unoriginal switch devices (i.e. those kept out of the manufacturer's specification), this Warranty
shall become null and void.
This warranty applies to CYCLOVAC or Trovac products only and defects shall be repaired by the personnel of the manufacturer's
service centers. In the event of failure to follow the above provisions, the warranty shall become null and void.
3. Границы распространения гарантии
3.1 Гарантия ограничивается непосредственной заменой или ремонтом деталей и элементов Системы, признанных
техническими специалистами Продавца дефектными.
3.2 Предоставление гарантии не является основанием для обмена агрегата, равно как и других деталей и элементов Системы
надлежащего качества, на аналогичные или агрегат другой модели.
3.3 В случае, если монтаж Системы произведен третьими лицами, то гарантия распространяется только на силовой агрегат,
уборочные комплекты и аксессуары, перечисленные в подпунктах «а», «б» пункта 2.2 настоящего свидетельства.
3.4 Гарантия не распространяется на случаи:
- естественный износ основных деталей (например: фильтры; ремни, щетки, ролики и их компоненты);
- повреждение Системы в результате резких перепадов напряжения в сети и вследствие действия обстоятельства
непреодолимой силы;
- проведения Пользователем самостоятельного ремонта Системы с использованием при этом деталей и
комплектующих элементов иного производителя;
- нарушения Пользователем инструкции по эксплуатации;
- самостоятельного переноса Пользователем Системы, смонтированной Продавцом, с места своей первоначальной
установки.
