This Warranty applies to domestic products only.
Данная гарантия распространяется только на изделия бытового назначения.
1. Product Subject to This Warranty | Объект гарантии
Centralized CYCLOVAC dust collection vacuum system (hereinafter the"System")
This system is intended for vacuuming dust and trash.
Централизованная система пылеудаления CYCLO VAC (далее - Система)
Система предназначена для уборки пыли и сухого мусора.
2. Warranty Period
The Warranty provided by the Seller (Contractor) shall cover the period during which the latter shall be liable, according to
the Laws of the Russian Federation "Concerning the Protection of Consumer Rights", to warrant the product to be free from
defects and, if any defective product (functions) is found, the Seller shall meet the claim, unless the Seller proves that such
defect occurred through the Customer's fault or it is caused by force majeure.
2.1 The warranty period shall come into effect on the date on which the System is commissioned and stated in the warranty card.
2.2 Products are to be covered by the following warranty periods:
a) power units - 10 years (or 500 running hours); DECO power units - 3 years;
b) vacuum hoses, telescoping tubes, vacuum sockets, vacuum pans, vacuum fittings, brushes,
including turbo-fittings - 1 year;
c) pipelines (against clogging) for the whole System service life, provided that the System will be operated according to the
applicable requirements.
2. Гарантийный срок - период, в течение которого Продавец (Исполнитель) обязан в соответствии с Законом РФ «О защите
прав потребителя» удовлетворить требования Потребителя в случае обнаружения в товарах (работе) недостатков, если
не докажет, что они возникли по вине Потребителя или в результате обстоятельств непреодолимой силы.
2.1 Срок гарантии исчисляется со дня ввода Системы в эксплуатацию, дата которого указывается в гарантийном талоне.
2.2. Гарантийный срок устанавливается на:
а) силовые агрегаты – 10 лет (или 500 часов работы); силовые агрегаты DECO – 3 года.
б) уборочные шланги, телескопические трубы, пневморозетки, пневмосовки, уборочные насадки, щетки, включая
турбонасадки – 1 год;;
в) трубопровод (от засорения) на весь срок использования Системы при условии ее правильной эксплуатации.
