Inspect the rotor and all accessory parts for damage, such as cracks, scratches, or
traces of corrosion.

Inspect the centrifugation chamber and drive shaft for damage, such as cracks,
scratches, or traces of corrosion.

Check the suitability of the rotor and other used accessories against the Chemical
Compatibility Chart. Refer to

Make sure that:

tubes fit in the rotor.

the tubes do not touch the rotor lid.
