This area allows quick access to the menu, mailbox and four customized menu options

Direct access buttons
Direct access buttons can be customized by the supervisor: see
(Button Bar) on page 248.
The system has been set with the following default buttons:
Imprint Memories
Print Mode
User Preferences
Report List

Accesses Mailing System Menu, including the supervisor
login.
Opens the Mailbox to view or delete Mailing System
messages.
Customizable shortcuts that provide direct access to
menu selections.
Provides access to a list of predefined jobs (rate and
stamp configurations).
Allows selection of either print postage, no printing, in-
coming dating, or permit printing if a permit has been
downloaded onto the Mailing System.
Sets system preferences for sound, brightness and lan-
guage.
Provides supervisor login for configuration and system
management.
Direct Access Shortcuts
