If the packaging is externally damaged on delivery, please proceed as follows:

The recipient must record the loss or damage in the confirmation of receipt. The recipient and the
shipping company's representative must sign this confirmation of receipt. The recipient may only make a
claim for compensation (worldwide) against the shipping company by recording these facts.

Do not make changes to the product or packaging.

Do not use the product.
×
Report the damage to the shipping company.
×
Report the damage to Zfx GmbH.
×
Under no circumstances, return the product to Zfx GmbH without prior agreement.
