Using B-Mode or dual B-Mode, scan the heart in two
planes at right angles to each other, like the two chamber
and four chamber views for LV volume measurement.
Freeze at an appropriate point of the cardiac cycle like
systole, etc. The Volume can be calculated using three
models.

General Measurements chapter.
NOTE: The measurements are done in B, B/B or
B
