Install Side and Roof Panels

Place all side and roof panels on a level surface.
Make sure the pieces are in the correct positions before assembling.

Carefully follow the order of assembly to ensure an easy installation.
Wear proper safety gear including work shoes, gloves and goggles.
Remove protective plastic from both sides of panels Y9 and Y10.

Place side to face toward the sun facing out when installing.
Slide panels carefully into V-channels in corner pro les L02A
and L02B and side pro les L03A and L03B. As you
continue sliding the panels make sure they t
into the V-channels in base pro les L01C.
12.2
Remove protective plastic from both sides
of panels Y21, Y22 and Y23. Place side to face
toward the sun facing out when installing.
Slide panels carefully into V-channels in
gable pro les L03M, L03N, L03O, L03P and
L03Q and into V-channels of front and back
pro les L02I, L02J, L02K and L02L. As you
continue sliding the panels make sure they
t into the V-channels in center roof pro les L02G.

Remove protective plastic from EACH side of poly carbonate
panels before installing. Dispose of plastic properly. Install with
side labeled "Face this side towards the sun" FACING OUT.

IMPORTANT: Place rectangular cutout in corner of each
panel Y21 so they meet at top front and top back corners.
You will install two left and two right Y21panels.
