Unpack contents of Auto Vent Opener. Screw

Continue pushing cylinder until the holes in the end of the cylinder

line up with the holes in arm A. Push arms apart if necessary. Secure
with a threaded stud on each side.

Slide two S13 hex bolts into channel
of pro le L05D and four S13 hex bolts
into channel of pro le L05G.

With pins facing up on the inside of the greenhouse, slide one end of
pro le L05D into V-channel of pro le L03P. Angle it slightly to t the
other end into V-channel of pro le L03Q.

Fit piston rod connected to arm B into the end

Screw two S14 hex nuts onto bolts on ends of each
pro le. Do not completely tighten.

IMPORTANT: Make sure the pins face UP on INSIDE
of the greenhouse when pro le L05D is installed.

NOTE: L05D has two hairpin clips used to secure
the handle of the vent to prevent it from moving
in high winds. See Step 10.9C for more details.
Line up L05D channel with U-shaped

cutouts in sides of pro les L03P and L03Q.
Slide hex nut and bolts into U-shaped
notches and tighten securely.
