Troubleshooting

Repairing:
Have the Qlixbi products repaired by an Energas authorised person.
Please contact the customer support or the stores for after sales services.
Smart version:
This electronic device is in accordance with the relevant safety requirements.
Repairs should only be carried out by an Energas authorised person using original spare parts, otherwise this may result in
considerable danger to the user.
Problem
Qlixbi C or S connector:
Impossible to connect the regulator to the
Qlixbi C / S connector
Qlixbi C or S connector:
Impossible to clip the Qlixbi connector on
the docking port
Qlixbi R connector:
Impossible to connect the female quick
coupling on the outlet connection of the
Qlixbi R (male quick coupling; ISO 7289
TYPE N)
Impossible to clip the Qlixbi
connector on the docking port
Impossible to operate the lever

Cause
Damaged fittings
Connection not compatible
Damaged outlet connection
Connection not compatible
Presence of damage or objects
The Qlixbi connector is not compatible
with the docking port
Lever is broken or jammed
Lever is locked (In case of incomplete
connection and for security the lever is
automatically locked)
Action
Change the Qlixbi connector and / or the
regulator
Verify the compatibility of gases, inlet and
outlet
Check the pressure compatibility /
change the Qlixbi connector or the
cylinder
Verify the male outlet connection integrity.
Change the female quick coupling
(According to ISO7289) on the gas hose
or on the accessory; and / or Change the
Qlixbi R connector
Verify the compatibility of gases, inlet and
outlet
Check:
Presence of any damage on docking port
or Qlixbi connector inlet connection
Presence of any dust/objects/etc on
either docking port, reserve indicator or
Qlixbi connector inlet
Check the pressure compatibility /
change the Qlixbi connector or the
cylinder
Change the Qlixbi connector, contact
Energas
Unclip the Qlixbi connector, then check
the correct connection between the
docking port and the Qlixbi connector
(No debris or objects inside the reserve
indicator that could prevent the
connection)
