1. Orientate the Qlixbi connector.
2. Connect the outlet of the regulator according to the instructions of
the regulator.
3. Lift the On/Off Lever of the Qlixbi connector up, this action opens the
cylinder valve.
Warning
If the lever is locked, don't force the lever, there is a safety
function to avoid gas opening if the coupling is incomplete,
please refer to the troubleshooting section.
4. Turn clockwise the handwheel of the regulator.
5. Check for leaks on the gas connections using a proprietary
leak detection fluid which does not contain ammonia.
Important Note
The cover cap and the connector can rotate at 360°.
Rotation of the connector has to be done before turning
on the gas by using the On/Off lever. Do not rotate the
connector under pressure.
By pushing the lever downward, this action closes the cylinder valve.
Warning
When the lever is opened, the unlocking ring is
automatically locked and consequently, it is not possible to
uncouple the connector from the cylinder. Do not force on
the unlocking ring to disconnect.
