How to use your products

3.1 — GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
• Check there are no objects/particles (sand/mud/leaves...) inside the Reserve Indicator that could prevent the connection
before the coupling of a Qlixbi connector with a cylinder.
• Check that the docking port and the Qlixbi connector are clean and without damage. Remove dirt with a soft, dry cloth.
• Qlixbi C or S connector: the pressure regulator must be screwed and unscrewed on the Qlixbi C or S connector when the
Qlixbi connector is not coupled to the cylinder (see chapter 3.2. 1 ).
• After uncoupling the Qlixbi connector, systematically close the cover cap of the cylinder on the reserve indicator.
• Always close the On/Off Lever of the Qlixbi when not using gas.
• Use only materials in perfect condition and compatible with the type of gas used and in accordance to the specified operating
pressures and the desired flow rates.
• The users should inform Energas, its service agent or distributor, about any incidents and supply them any defective
equipment for checking and analysis.
• Energas accepts no responsibility when the product is used in any other applications for which it has not been designed.
• The user is responsible for any accidents and bodily injury, material or immaterial, direct or indirect, resulting from improper
assembly or inadequate maintenance.
Warning
• Do not use a high pressure jet to clean the cylinder, and or Qlixbi connector.
• Do not grease the docking port or the Qlixbi connector.
• Do not use Teflon tape or paste to seal the connections.
• Never use corrosive substances or ammonia or any leak detector containing such substances.
• Do not alter the markings.
