Problem

Cause
Docking port close (Lever OFF)
The cylinder is empty or with low pressure
of gas
Docking port connection defective
Qlixbi C or S connector only: Inadequate
regulator
Defective downstream device
Sealing rupture
Sealing rupture
Gas flow not adjusted / too high
Flow of gas too high or vibrations in the
downstream equipment
Qlixbi connector under pressure
Action
Open the lever on the Qlixbi connector
Check the reserve indicator indication /
Change the cylinder
Contact Energas
Change the regulator
Change the equipment
Close the On/Off Lever, uncouple the
connector and disconnect the pressure
regulator.
Change the seal ring of the pressure
regulator or change the pressure
regulator.
Close the On/Off Lever, unplug the
female quick coupling of the gas hose or
accessory.
Verify the male outlet connection integrity.
Replace the female quick coupling if
needed and / or Change the Qlixbi R
connector.
- Close the On/Off Lever, uncouple the
connector from the cylinder, check the
connections for foreign bodies and
contamination.
- Clean the sealing surfaces and couple
the connector to the cylinder. Open the
On/Off Lever.
- If there is still a leak, close the On/Off
Lever, remove the connector and contact
Energas.
Refer to the instructions of the equipment
connected to the Qlixbi connector
- Readjust the pressure setting
- If the problem cannot be eliminated,
close the On/Off Lever, disconnect the
Qlixbi C/S connector and change the
pressure regulator
My gauge is amber or red but the Reserve
Indicator is green - What do I trust? Trust
the gauge.

Close the On/Off Lever, and uncouple the
connector. If it still not possible, purge the
connector and the regulator by the
outlet of the regulator or through the
torch. Then uncouple the connector
and contact Energas.
