5. PROCEDURE DE DEPANNAGE
Les interventions faites sur les installations électriques
doivent être confiées à des personnes qualifiées pour les
effectuer (voir chapitre CONSIGNES DE SECURITE).

Coupure du câble d'alimentation
Absence de phase du réseau
Fusible F1 (250 mA) sur le circuit
de commande défectueux
Coupure câble de soudage
Mauvaise ou pas de liaison

PAS D'ENCLENCHEMENT DU CYCLE PAR LA GACHETTE TORCHE /
PAS DE COURANT DE SOUDAGE
Pas de commande cycle
Pas de réglage, pas de voyant
MAUVAIS ASPECT DE LA SOUDURE
Mauvaise polarité de l'électrode
Pour toute intervention interne au générateur en dehors des
points cités précédemment :

REMEDES
Contrôler le câble d'alimentation
Contrôler le câble d'alimentation
Remplacer le fusible défectueux
Contrôler les connexions
Assurer la liaison avec la pièce à
souder
Remplacer le fusible F1 (250 mA)
sur le circuit de commande ou le
circuit imprimé du groupe de
puissance
Corriger la polarité en tenant compte
des indications constructeur
Servicing operations carried out on electric installations

NO WELDING CURRENT + NO OVERHEATING FAULT
Power supply cable cut
No mains phase supply
Fuse F1 (250 mA) in the control
Circuit is faulty
Welding cable cut
Poor or no ground connection
CYCLE NOT INITIATED BY TORCH TRIGGER / NO WELDING CURRENT
No cycle control
No adjustment, no light
POOR WELD
Incorrect electrode polarity
For any servicing operations internal to the power-source
outside the points mentioned previously :

SOLUTIONS
Check power supply cable
Check power supply cable
Replace defective fuse
Check connections
Ensure connection with the work
piece
Replace fuse F1 (250 mA) in the
control circuit or on the power group
printed circuit board
Correct polarity following
manufacturer's instructions
