Description
Enabled: on each measurement phase Duty Cycle will be raised to 100% for 100mS then restored to
original value to allow a more precise measure avoiding unwanted ripple on tachometer.
Disabled: periodic fan speed up will not occur, but RPM measurement will not be accurate
