If the license file could not be generated due to some reason, the below window appears, and in this
case, you must contact 3DHISTECH Support at support@3dhistech.com.

9.2 Recovery functions

PSW automated backups allow you to continue scanning after unexpected events within as
little time as possible. After the program is restarted and the microscope is initialized, you
can confirm the automatic restore of pre-event state by clicking Yes.
Warning!
Click Yes only if you are sure that everything is completely unchanged after the previous run.
If anything has changed or you are unsure, click No.
For more comfortable and safer use, the Planner autosave function allows the taking of
automatic backups while creating a scan plan. The backups are placed in the default
document folder of the actual windows user and can be loaded by clicking the Load plan
button.

9.3 Safety information

Check cables, plugs and connections before operation, and if defective or cannot be
replaced, contact 3DHISTECH Service for support.
Check whether the device is compatible with your local line voltage. It can operate at line
voltages 100V to 240V and 50/60 Hz.
