Count/Distance, and if the robot moves faster, increase the Count/Distance.
2.2.3
Speed Setting
Filter Size is the conveyor speed filter size. Use an intuitive Moving Average Filter in Conveyor
Tracking, and increase the filter value if there is vibration in the robot and reduce the value if the
tracking performance in the conveyor acceleration section is low.
Measure Nominal Speed using the Auto Measure button while operating the conveyor. If the conveyor
speed is 200% higher than Nominal, it is used to provide information. It does not require an accurate
value, so it is acceptable to enter a design specification value without actual measuring.
The Watch Window in the Conveyor Section is the area that determines work candidates. Workpieces
in this area can only be targets once the work begins. The work itself can begin with the Watch
Window, but in the worst case, this can cause workpiece at the end of the Watch Window to be a
target, so it is recommended to adjust the Watch Window size to allow all work in the Tracking Zone to
be completed.
