4.1.2. Hot-plug of (U)SIM

The module supports (U)SIM card hot-plug via the USIM_DET pin. (U)SIM card is detected by
USIM_DET interrupt. (U)SIM card hot-plug is disabled by default.
This is command enables (U)SIM card hot-plug function. The level of (U)SIM card detection pin should
also be set when the (U)SIM card is inserted.

by AT+QSIMDET.
