One-way diaphragm filter

Removal and installation of the one-way dia-
phragm filter:
NOTE - Safety precautions:
Observe the safety instructions!
Check decontamination of the unit!
1. Switch the cabinet off using the Power/Function
Key switch; disconnect the two power supply ca-
bles from the mains supply and protect them
against accidental reconnection.
2. Open the hood (see section 3.3).
3. Open the inspection chamber (see section 3.5).
4. Fig. 23: Disconnect the two retaining loops for the
plenum bag.
5. Remove the cable ties [2] from the connector of
the one-way diaphragm filter [1] and disconnect
the hoses.
6. Connect the hoses to the new diaphragm and se-
cure them with cable ties.
7. Connect the two retaining loops of the plenum
bag.
8. Close the inspection chamber (see section 3.5).
9. Close the hood (see section 3.3).
NOTE - Unit commissioning:
Prior to the commissioning of the unit:
Perform test run!
Check safety devices for proper opera-
tion!
