Declaration of safety

Dear Customer,
During maintenance and service tasks, the
employment of biological and chemical agents in
equipment can result in risks for associated
personnel as well as contamination of the
surrounding area.
In line with legal mandates, in effect nationally and
internationally, such as
•
The employer's obligation for the safety of his
employees
•
The operator's obligation for safety in everyday
use
possible hazards must be avoided.
Depending on the work which was being carried
out
with
it,
equipment
decontaminated, disinfected, and cleaned prior to
any calibration, maintenance or service work
being performed, also prior to changing the
location of the unit and to taking it out of
operation.
We therefore ask for the following confirmation
prior to beginning the required tasks.
