Blower

Removal and installation of the blower:
NOTE - Safety precautions:
Observe the safety instructions!
Check decontamination of the unit!
1. Switch the cabinet off using the Power/Function
Key switch; disconnect the two power supply ca-
bles from the mains supply and protect them
against accidental reconnection.
2. Open the hood (see section 3.3).
3. Open the control box (see section 3.4).
4. Fig. 22: Disconnect the blower connection lines
[2] from the terminal strip (see Annex C) and re-
move the line from the control box.
5. Open the inspection chamber (see section 3.5).
6. Disconnect the two retaining loops for the plenum
bag [5].
7. Remove the eight retaining screws [1] on the
blower flange and remove the plenum bag from
the blower.
8. Remove the two retaining screws [3] at the sup-
port rail [4] of the blower.
9. Slide the blower [6] forward and remove.
10. Place the new blower on the support rail and se-
cure it with the two retaining screws.
11. Secure the plenum bag to the blower with the
screws.
12. Route the connection line through the rubber
grommet to the control box and connect it to the
terminal strip.
13. Place the cover on the control box and secure it
with the screws.
14. Connect the two retaining loops for the plenum
bag.
15. Close the inspection chamber (see section 3.5).
16. Close the hood (see section 3.3).
NOTE - Unit commissioning:
Prior to the commissioning of the unit:
Perform test run!
Check safety devices for proper opera-
tion!
