Retrofit Kit Instructions
Sequence of Tasks to be Performed:
1. Disassembly laminator
Open the front window [1] as wide as possible.
Shut the unit down.
Push the perforated plate [2] backward, then tilt it forward.
Remove the perforated plate from the work chamber.
2. Disconnect the unit from the main power supply (power plug !).
3. Opening the control box
Remove the five retaining screws [2].
Remove the cover [1].
4. Disassembly control unit
( see disassembly instruction 50044533 )
5. Installation digital display
According to drawing 50053571 (Pos. 22) draw a rectangle ( 45 x 22 mm ) on the control unit
for the digital display, P2, drill it through and enlarge it with a file
Attention: Don´t damage the cable !

Insert the digital display (Pos. 2) on the control panel.
Mount the following electric components on the control panel
according to wiring diagramm controller 50067176:
Build in the trafo, T1:

Secure the trafo (Pos. 12) with tapping screw (Pos. 13) on the control panel.
Build in power supply, A2:
-
Rivet up the cap rail (Pos. 7) (Diameter of hole
Extend the socket board on three connectors, X4, :

Screw the connector (Pos. 8 und 9) with tapping screw (Pos. 10) on the control panel.
Cut the label strip (Pos. 11) and paste the label "7-6-5" on the connector.
Wire the digital display, trafo and power supply with new wire set (Pos. 16) according to wiring
diagramm 50065658 - page 6, (Pos. 1).
