Exhaust filter

Replacement of the exhaust filter:
NOTE - Safety precautions:
Observe the safety instructions!
Check decontamination of the unit!
1. Switch the cabinet off using the Power/Function
Key switch; disconnect the two power supply ca-
bles from the mains supply and protect them
against accidental reconnection.
2. Open the hood (see section 3.3).
3. Open the inspection chamber (see section 3.5).
4. Fig. 20: Loosen the four wing nuts [2] so that the
filter housing [4] can be tilted forward and the ex-
haust filter [3] can be removed from the front.
5. Insert the new filter so that the side with the filter
label is visible.
6. Tighten the wing nuts. The filter seals must be
flush with the top of the cabinet [1] and at the floor
of the filter housing.
7. Close the inspection chamber (see section 3.5).
8. Close the hood (see section 3.3).
NOTE - Unit commissioning:
Prior to the commissioning of the unit:
Perform test run!
Check safety devices for proper opera-
tion!
