Possible cause
The upper side of the
paper is not
thermosensitive.
Paper sensitivity is
too low.

Solution
The paper is either unsuitable, or it has
been loaded upside
thermosensitive side should face upwards.
Use the paper recommended by the
manufacturer.

Replace the battery.
