VENTRICULAR CONDUCTION DISORDER
Its condition is QRS width greater than 120ms, but cannot be placed into previous two categories based on V2 character.
PATHOLOGICAL QRS COMPLEX (NON-CHARACTERISTIC)
The program cannot place the preliminary pathological decision into any of the above categories.
NON-CHARACTERISTIC, NON-PATHOLOGICAL QRS COMPLEX
The program partially discarded the preliminary normal decision in the confirmation phase.

20.3. Repolarization analysis decision categories and rules

NORMAL REPOLARIZATION
Its condition is that the ST section must be isoelectric and the T amplitudes and directions are regular.
ST ELEVATION ON LEADS I, V1, V2, V3
The above definition is received if the program finds ST elevation esceeding 1mm on lead I., and exceeding 2mm on
leads V1-V3.
ST DEPRESSION ON LEADS V2, V3
Its condition is ST depression exceeding 1mm on leads V2-V3.
NEGATIVEV T-WAVE ON LEADS V2, V3
Its condition is that T-wave negativity exceeds –1mm on V2-V3..
(ANTERO-SEPTALIS ISCHAEMIA )
Conditions are met if ST deviation or negative T is detected on V2-V3.
ST ELEVATION ON LEADS I, aVL, V5, V6
For conditions to be met, elevation exceeding 1mm is required on leads I. and aVI.
ST DEPRESSION ON LEADS V5, V6
Its condition is ST value exceeding –1mm.
NEGATIVE T-WAVE ON LEADS II, aVF
Its condition is T with negative flutter and exceeding -1mm on specified leads..
(INFERIOR ISCHAEMIA )
Its condition is that one or any combination of the above 4 conditions are met.
ST ELEVATION ON LEADS AZ I, aVL,V1,V2
Its condition is ST elevation reaching 1mm on leads I. and aVI, and 2mm on leads V1-V2.
HIGH POSITIVE T-WAVE ON LEADS V1, V2
Its condition is that T-wave exceeds 5mm on leads V1-V2.
NEGATIVE T-WAVE ON LEADS V1,V2
Its condition is that besides the otherwise physiologically negative V1 T-wave, T must reach or exceed -1mm on V2 as
well.
(SEPTALIS ISCHAEMIA)
Diagnosis is met if two of the previous 3 diagnoses are met.
