Its condition is 2mm ST section elevation on specified leads.
ST DEPRESSION ON LEADS V3,V4
At least 1mm negatíve direction ST deviation is required on specified leads.
HIGH POSITIVE T-WAVE IN LEAD V2
T-wave amplitude must exceed 5mm.
NEGATIVE T-WAVE ON LEADS V2-V4
T-wave exceeding 1mm on specified leads is required.
(ANTERIOR ISCHAEMIA)
Two of the previous four diagnoses is required for this diagnosis.
ANEURYSMA
Its criterion is that ST elevation ont he referring lead must be 2mm, thus receiving localization as well. The program
displays this diagnosis in case of existing heart attack, so attach it to the depolarization diagnosis.
PERICARDITIS
Its criterion besides small depolarization amplitude is ST elevation on chest leads exceeding 3mm on at least two
adjacent chest leads.
ACUTE MYOCARDIALIS INFARCTUS (PRINZMETAL ANGINA?)
Its condition is that ST elevation reaches 2/3 of T maximum, but reach or exceed 3mm in absolute value.Acute heart
attack localization is lead dependent.
PRINZMETAL ANGINA (ACUTE MYOCARDIALIS INFARCTUS?)
Its condition is that the so-called mirror image potential does not characterized the image, that is there must not be sharp
ST depression on the leads. Other conditions are identical to the previous item.
SIGNIFICANT ST DEPRESSION ON SOME LEADS (ISCH. HEART DISORDER OR D.INTOX.?)
Its condition is ST depression on at least four leads, their values less than -2mm in each case that is rather- 1mm.
ST DEVIATION ON ONE LEAD (CHECK THE ELECTRODES)
Its condition is ST deviation on only one lead. The warning in parentheses (Check the electrodes, please) refers to the fact
that this may be caused by electrode error.
PATHOLOGICAL T-WAVE ON ONE LEAD (CHECK THE ELECTRODES)
The reason is that T-wave deviation is on one lead only, electrodes must be checked.
SIGNIFICANT ST DEVIATION ON SOME LEADS
The reason is that ST sections and T-wave deviations are recorded, especially in combinations that do not fit any of the
above category.
LOW T-WAVE(S) (ISCHAEMIA HEART DISORDER)
Its explanation is the T-wave sizes do not even reach 20% of R amplitudes, maybe only on a few leads.
NON-SPECIFIC ST-T DEVIATIONS
Its criterion is that deviation(s) under the above limit values are measured, but this does not fit the normal variant.
SECONDARY ST-T DEVIATIONS
This definition indicates that there can be significant deviation in both the ST section and the T-wave, which is not
connected to heart muscle ischaemia, so its automatic analysis would be troubling.
