In addition to the above data, depending on the settings, the following ECG records will also
be stored:
 a 0, 4, 6, or 8 second record of the 12 ECG channels, and
 a fixed-length 16 second rhythm record of a pre-selected channel.
Storage parameters can be modified in the Setup/Diagnosis menu.
Caution!
In order to precisely determine the heart frequency, a stable ECG signal must be
observable on the display for at least 2 seconds before initializing storage.
Determining QRS width is affected by the presence of the I and K waves.

9.2.1. Starting the program

Pressing the
button during monitoring will start the program.
In order to run the program, all leads have to be properly attached.
If there is not enough memory available for storage, the device will delete the oldest record
automatically, and indicate this on the left edge of the screen.

9.2.2. Running the program

When the program starts, its name (Diag) appears on the display, along with a counter which
indicates the remaining time for the acquisition of data required by the program.
With the start of the program, the device disables the mains and muscle noise filters — in case
they were enabled. The status of the baseline filter remains unchanged. The filters are not
turned back on automatically after the program has run.
If the device detects less than 6 beats during the 16-second data acquisition period, it
will display the following message:
If the device detects more than 45 beats during the 16-second data acquisition period, it
will display the following message:
The device does not obtain a diagnosis in either case, and it does not store the data. The
"Store" function can be used to store the data in these cases.
If the ECG signal contains a lot of noise, and the program is unable to perform an
analysis, no diagnosis will be obtained, and the data will not be stored.
Caution!
If the pacemaker detector emits a signal during data acquisition, instead of a
diagnosis, a "Pacemaker" notification will appear.
In case a pacemaker signal is present, the device will only perform an analysis with
which the pacemaker does not interfere, but there may be inaccuracies in the
numerical data due to morphological differences.
