6 Special device functions

6.3.3 Performing Teach-In in manual mode

NOTE:
If the load parameters:
- Max. load voltage
- Max. load current
- Max. power
are set too far or deviate too much from the actual working point of the load,
this may mean the Teach-In is not applied. The message "Teach-In missing" is
then still shown on the display.

The power controller is in the "Measured value overview" level.
h Press the
key twice to return to manual mode.
If Teach-In is being performed for the first time, the message "Teach-In miss-
ing" now appears in the bottom line of the display.
h Press the
key and the following message appears:
h Press the
key to apply the current load state as the OK state.
For the Teach-In process, at least 5% of the set max. load current must flow
so that the correct resistance values for the Teach-In process can be calculat-
ed.
A change in the load (load fault) will be evaluated by the device on the basis of
this state.
Teach-In can be repeated any number of times in manual mode.
h Press the
key and the following message appears:
