rial damage or data loss will occur if the respective precautionary
measures are not taken.
This symbol indicates that personal injury from electrocution may
occur if the appropriate precautionary measures are not taken.

This character is used if precautionary measures must be taken
when handling electrostatically sensitive components.
This symbol is used if dangerous voltages will cause an electric shock
