An isolation switch must be installed upstream of the power controller to be able
to disconnect the device from the mains voltage on all poles prior to starting in-
ternal work!
The connection must only be carried out by qualified personnel!

3 mA. If, due to the load, the leakage current is greater than 3.5 mA, a fixed
connection is required for protection against dangerous shock voltages (see
also EN 50178).
Electromagnetic compatibility conforms to the standards and regulations cited
in the technical data.

h Where possible, load lines and lines for control inputs should be routed so
that they are isolated.
h The choke should be installed close to the device.
h Check the data given on the nameplate (voltage supply to the control elec-
tronics, voltage supply to the power section, load voltage, and load current)
against the system data.

h Check the adaptation of the setpoint inputs.
h A direct protection conductor connection must be provided between the
IPC and the PE conductor of the supply network. Connect to the PE con-
nection terminal
of the IPC 300.
h If necessary, interference emission of the IPC 300 can also be minimized by
function equipotential bonding. The function equipotential bonding is con-
nected to the FB connection terminal of the IPC 300.

h The choke is connected to terminals C and 1C.
h Connect the voltage supply for the control electronics at terminals L+ and
L-.
h Connect the voltage supply of the power section to terminals U and N(V).
h The load is connected to terminals D and 1D.
h The line between the load and the IPC 300 should be as short as possible
and not exceed 50 m.
