Steam convection cooking
(cooking/baking with the use of recirculated air/ steam)

To set STEAM CONVECTION cooking
(cooking/baking with the use of recirculated
air/steam) turn the function dial
clockwise to the position
Next, set the cooking/baking temperature by
turning the temperature dial
the desired value.

Lastly, set the cooking/baking time by
turning the time dial
desired value.
After the set time has expired an alarm will
sound, the device will turn off and cooking

will finish.
To cook without setting the time, turn the
time dial to
Ventilator speed is set by pressing the
