Measurement exceeded the limits of the unit to
make an accurate measurement. This may be seen
during RAMP time if the DUT is a very low
resistance and the programmed voltage cannot be
achieved. It is displayed for IR measurements
when the DUT has substantial capacitance,
preventing the unit from autoranging up to a
sensitivity at which the resistance can be measured
accurately
