The Master Code can still be defaulted to
but doing this will break the pairing between the
SMARTGUARDair and any paired receivers.
This pairing will need to be re-established in order to
continue using the system.
Keypad Alarm Tone Mute feature (Default=off)
Establishing this feature turns off the audible feedback
when entering a code. This prevents an eavesdropper
from determining the number of digits in the code.
Tones will still be present in Programming Mode.
Enter the following keystrokes:
1. Enter Program Mode
2. Select Security Menu
3. Set Duress (Code+1)
4. Set Panic Alarm (*+#)
5. Set (Wrong Codes)
6. Set Anti-default
7. Set Alarm Tone Mute
8. Exit Program Mode
