2. Hang the carrier assembly on the rods, leaving as much space as possible between the carrier
assembly and the chassis.
3. Connect the power cables between the tiles.
4. Connect the data cables between the tiles.
5. Remove the carrier rods.
6. Slide the carrier assembly back onto the chassis.
Do not put pressure on the LED modules when moving the carrier assembly into place.
7. Secure the carrier assembly to the chassis by tightening the thumb screws to a torque value of
0.6 Nm (5.5 lbs.in).
8. Repeat steps 1 to 7 for all tiles in the array.

Connecting the data source cables

Connect the data cables between the tiles in the array.
1. Feed the Ethernet cables through the pass-through holes.
2. On the first tile, connect the Ethernet cable to one of the Ethernet ports.
3. On the next tile, connect the Ethernet cable to the other port on the board.
Consistently use either the top or bottom ports for all input connections, and the other set of
ports for the output connections.
4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 for all tiles in the array.
5. Connect an Ethernet cable from the first tile in the array to the controller.
