To fix the CHLOR Relay K1 and K2 stuck closed alarm on a Hayward OmniLogic system, try the following steps:

1. Power Cycle the System – Turn off the OmniLogic system, wait a few minutes, then turn it back on to see if the error clears.

2. Check for Physical Relay Issues – Inspect the relays for any visible damage or signs of burning.

3. Replace the 4A Fuse – If the error is intermittent, replacing the 4A fuse may help resolve the issue.

4. Update Firmware – Ensure the OmniLogic system is running the latest firmware, as updates may fix known issues.

5. Inspect Wiring and Connections – Verify that all wiring connections to the relays and T-Cell current sensor are secure and properly connected.

6. Monitor Error Behavior – If the error disappears and returns intermittently, it could indicate a failing relay that may need replacement.

If the issue persists after these steps, consider contacting Hayward support for further troubleshooting or relay replacement.
