    How To: Upgrade Firmware Insert the USB drive into the side of the MSP and follow the steps provided below: Step 1 Step 2 Press the power button. Select “service mode”. Step 3 Step 4 Tap the “Upgrade” icon. Tap the device to upgrade then check mark.
