2.3 BRIDGE/MANAGEMENT MODE REQUIREMENTS
To operate in the Bridge/Management mode, the TRBMIM-T must be
used in conjunction with either of the following management modules
installed in the management slot in the MMAC:
•
TRMM – Token Ring Management Module
•
EMME – Ethernet Management Module
•
EMM-E6 – Ethernet Management Module
The TRBMIM-T cannot be used in the Bridge/Management

mode with Cabletron Systems TRMM-2 and TRMM-4
multi-channel Token Ring management modules.
