Application Data To Host
To communicate with a device using the Bluetooth LE connection, the host should begin all commands
and responses with the following header:

Request data as defined below and in section 3 Command Set.

Because the device's command set is common to all connection types, it would be helpful to read section
2.1.1 About HID Usages to become familiar with the types of available commands before continuing.
