EMV Contact Factory Defaults (EMV Only)

Details about the tag set in this section are provided in EMV Integrated Circuit Card Specifications
for Payment Systems v4.3.
Some tags are stored in a common contactless database; changing the value of the tag in one database will
cause the tag to be changed in all databases. Common tags are 5F36, 9F1A, 9F1C, DFDF14, DFDF15,
DFDF19, and 9F4E.
