3.4.2 Watermark

You can print Watermark text (such as "Confidential" and "Sample") over the

document. Choose the desirable watermark from the drop down list.

• First Page Only

Select this check box when you want the watermark to be printed on

the first page only. Remove the checkmark to print the watermark on

all pages.

• Edit Watermark

Click [Edit Watermark] to display the "Watermark" dialog box.

• To edit a watermark:

Select the applicable watermark name in the list. Make any necessary

adjustments.

• To create a new watermark:

You can register up to 20 different watermarks in this dialog (the 11

types of watermark have already been registered).

1 Click [Add].

2 Name the watermark. You can enter up to 30 characters.

3 Type the watermark text you want to use (ex. Private). You can

4 Adjust the watermark settings. If you need help, click [Help].

5 Click [OK] to save it.
