3. Click [Printing Preferences....] on the "General" tab.

Click the "Port" tab and then click [Add Port...]. The "Printer Ports"
dialog appears.

Select "Standard TCP/IP Port" and click [New Port...].

When "Add Standard TCP/IP Printer Port Wizard" appears, click [Next].

Enter IP address assigned to your machine in the "Printer name or IP
address" and click [Next].

If the "Additional Port Information Required" dialog box appears, click
[Standard] in the "Device Type" field and select "Generic Network Card"
before clicking [Next].

Click [Finish].

Close the "Printer Ports" dialog.

Confirm that the added port is selected for your machine, then click [OK]
or [Close].
