Learn about importing licenses and activating product enhancements.

Enabling an enhancement

After importing a license, it must be enabled to activate the new functionality.
1. Select Service Setup > Enhancements.
2. In the Enable column, select the Enhancement slider.
The color of the slider changes to green to indicate it is active.

Enabling RealD 3D EQ

If you are using RealD technology to display 3D content, you must enable the RealD 3D EQ
configuration file.
1. Obtain the license file from RealD.
2. Select Image Settings > RealD 3D EQ File Setup.
3. To upload the RealD license file, select Browse and navigate to the file location.
4. To open the license file, select the file (.reald) and select Accept.

Importing a rental license file

If your projector is a rental unit provided by a vendor, you must import a rental license to enable
certain features.
Depending on your customer rental agreement, the vendor may provide access to the following
features:
illumination
HDMI
Your entitlement to use the features may be unrestricted, or may be assigned for a specified date
range or number of hours. To obtain the rental license, download the file provided by the vendor.
1. In the right toolbar, select Rental Mode Key.
2. In the Rental Licenses window, select Import License.
3. In the Open File dialog, navigate to the folder containing the license ZIP file and select the file
from the list.
