1.
Switch off the machine at the main switch, disconnect the power supply.
2.
Remove the side cover screws (both sides of the portal).
3.
Loosen the clamping screw (both sides of the portal).
4.
Remove the cover.
�� Trapezoidal spindle is freely accessible.
5.
Clean the trapezoidal spindle and nuts with a lint-free cloth. Remove excess
grease.
6.
Apply Shell Gadus S3 V220 C2 evenly to the entire trapezoidal spindle
with a brush.
7.
Put everything back together in reverse order.
8.
Switch machine on.
9.
Move several times over the entire length of the axle to distribute the grease.
