Tighten the router tool in place

Protective housing

Tool breakage
Damage to tools and machine
Adhere to the rotation and feed speed defined on the tool.
Each time before the machine is started, check that all of the
locking nuts and locking devices are secured with the right
torque setting.
Only work with sharp tools.
Only use tools that are permitted by the information defined in
the technical layout.

Use protective enclosure.
In order to ensure that the machine can be worked with safely, the protective
housing must be used. This housing must completely encompass the machine, on
all four sides (length and width). HAMMER machine manufacturing recommends
using MDF panels with a thickness of 19 mm.
Soldered tools and tools that have a diameter larger than 8 mm may only be
used with protective housing.
Single component tools with a diameter of up to 8 mm can be used without
a protective housing.
