Constant visual contact between operator and maintenance technician to
ensure fast and unambiguous communication.

Instructions from maintenance personnel must be repeated and confirmed by
the operator before they are carried out.

Before switching on a stationary element, maintenance technicians must
move to a safe position and approach the moving elements again only after
the instructions they have given have been correctly carried out by the oper-
ator.
●
Maintenance technicians must be fully aware of the operation and move-
ments of each machine element and know the exact sequence of operations.
●
It is recommended that maintenance technicians keep a record of mainte-
nance interventions.

Clean dust and shavings from the machine.

Check the mangnetic dust brush for damage. Change when required.
⮫ 11.4'Check/replace the drive belt'
To lubricate the trapezoidal spindles, the grease Shell Gadus S3 V220 C2 must
be used. The trapezoidal spindles must be cleaned and lubricated every 20 oper-
ating hours at the latest, depending on the degree of contamination.
