Injuries from flying workpieces (e.g. offcuts).
Offcuts or other parts of the workpiece should not be removed from the cut-
ting area whilst the machine is still running.
Only remove chips when the machine is at a standstill. No program may be
loaded / executed.
Don´t lean over the work area.
Operation is forbidden for those with long hair not using a hair net.
It is prohibited to wear gloves whilst working with the machine.
Don´t step on the machine.
Sturdy, tight-fitting clothing (tear-resistant, no wide sleeves, no jewellery;
rings, bracelets, necklaces, etc.).
Protective footwear – To protect the feet from heavy falling objects and pre-
vent sliding on slippery floors
Hearing protection – To protect against loss of hearing
Support long workpieces with additional surface equipment. (e.g. table
extensions, roller supports).
Keep tools for handling short and narrow workpieces close at hand. (e.g.:
Push grip, clamping jigs)
We recommend using a removable feed mechanism for the processing of
larger workpieces against the fence or for series work.
If the machine has been switched off (main switch, emergency stop, power cut
etc.), a reference run needs to be carried out once it is switched on again.

Select reference run in the software.

The limit switch position in both the X and Y direction will be crossed. As
soon as the limit switch is passed, the machine brakes and then moves the
axes at a slower reference speed in the opposite direction.
�� As soon as the limit switch is reached, it is set as the zero point.

Loading CAM programs in the operation software.
2.
Fixing workpieces to the machine table using clamping devices. Use martyr
panels if necessary (e.g. when through routing). Use clamping devices
according to the manufacturers manual.
3.
Move to the workpiece zero point (see software instructions).
4.
Zero the axes to the workpiece (X and Y).
5.
Mark the upper edge of the of the workpiece in the Z direction.
6.
Starting the program and routing of the workpiece.
