Note:
In case of outgoing phone calls (via dialling interface manually or direct outward dialling), no pass-
word has to be entered on the telephone, even if a password is defined in CCT 800 – this is only valid
for a

Outgoing Phone Call by Dialling Interface Manually
 The Intercom station dials the number of the telephone interface (e.g. with direct dialling).
 As soon as the conversation to the telephone interface is set up, the Intercom station receives the
"dial tone" signal and can dial any telephone number.
In addition to the numeric buttons 0 to 9 the following telephone buttons can be dialled at the Intercom
station:

It is also possible to define a number, that is automatically pre-dialled before the telephone number is
dialled, e.g. an exchange number for dialling out, or for selecting a certain provider.
After Dialling at Telephone
For outgoing phone calls in PABX mode built up by dialling the respective interface manually, in
standard no after dialling is possible at the telephone (i.e. also no cancelling of the call via "#").
By means of special configuration in CCT 800, it is possible to activate the after dialling function for
the telephone interface
Outgoing Phone Call by Direct Outward Dialling
 It is possible to define several telephone numbers per telephone interface (via the "PA-function")
which can be dialled directly at the Intercom station, without having to pre-dial the number of the
interface.
 In CCT 800, the following number of entries of telephone numbers per interface are possible:
Up to PRO 800 1.1: 41
As of PRO 800 1.1: 339
 By means of "wildcards" it is possible to integrate several telephone numbers with only one entry
in CCT 800
(see
 This function is only available for max. 4-digit telephone numbers (PA-codes  max. 4-digit, see
current version of the manual "PRO 800").
 A "dummy" relay contact is required.
 In spite of this configured function, a call however can be built up by dialling the interface manually
(see
above).
Including a Range of Numbers via Wildcards
 To simplify the configuration in CCT 800
numbers as "wildcards".
 The telephone numbers included by those wildcards can then be dialled at the Intercom stations as
explained above.
