FAULT
The door does not
close, motor does not
shut off.
The door does not close
fully.
The motor and
transformer get hot.
Door is only opening to
5 degree and then
stopping.
Door will not stop at
presence detect, creeps
open.
Slave is dead and
closed and the master
stays open and will not
close.

CHECK
Are speeds and
power levels set
correctly?
Is there a shorted
input signal?·
Is the 3-way switch (if
used) in hold open
position?
Is the safety sensor
active?
Are the door or hinges
binding?
Is the door arm
binding or adjusted
correctly?
Is the hold force set
too high?
Reverse upon
obstruction "RUO" is
set too low.
Hold force "HLD" is
too high.
Power to slave has
disappeared.
FIX/REMEDIES
Retune control.
Correct the short.
Switch to on position.
Repair the safety sensor.
If the door still does not close, replace the control unit.
Repair or replace door or hinges.
Repair or readjust door arm.
Readjust the hold force – see instructions.
Increase RUO pot.
Decrease HLD pot.
Reset breaker at transformer
