NOTICE : Always remove cleaning utensils from the drain valve when not actively
cleaning. Drain valve automatically closes. Closing the drain valve on cleaning
utensils may result in product damage.
Once oil is polished, "CLOSE DRAIN" "YES NO" displays and a 3 beep alarm

Do one of the following:

• Ensure the drain valve is clear of all cleaning utensils and press "✓" button.
• Press "X" button. The drain valve remains open for another 30 seconds.

Once full, the "IS POT FILLED?" "YES NO" displays. Do one of the following:

• If the pot is full, press "✓" button and fryer returns to normal operation.
• If pot is not full, press "X" button. The "FILLING" displays and pump runs for 30
seconds and stops, then "IS POT FILLED?" "YES NO" displays. If the pot is full, press

Follow this procedure when the unit is not successful in filling the pot.
If the pot is not full, press "X" button. The unit tries to fill the pot 3 times. If

If "ADD QUIT" displays, press and hold "✓" button to fill pot.

When pot is full, release "✓" button.

Press "✓" button and controls return to normal operation.
